Quality assurance specialist

E-Comm Division

Responsible for the quality control of information intended for transactional Web sites in the field of travel, the candidate shall be capable of validating this data and of processing functions that meet the business requirements of our customers.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Experience in the field of travel

• A good knowledge of the Internet

• Dynamism, autonomy and sense of organization

• Analytical ability, thoroughness and attention to detail

Expert in applications support

E-Comm Division

Responsible for Web site application support before our customers, the candidate shall be capable of following up on information, development and functional support requests made by phone and by email.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Very good experience in the field of travel

• Bilingualism

• Knowledge of the Internet

• Experience with customer relations

• A knowledge of systems such as Travel, Sirev/Revnet, Sabre and Galileo would be an asset.
